Deepam Global distributed food packets and water bottles in the affected
areas of Ashok Nagar, Guindy, Velachery, Pallikarnai, Ekkaduthangal,
Jafferkhanpet, Burma Colony & Madipakkam.
About 280 people have died across Tamil Nadu since it was hit by torrential rains on December 01st, 2015 that left large sections of capital Chennai under up to 8 feet(2.5 metres) of water, and trapped people on rooftops with no communication.
As many as 1000 food packets & 1000 water bottles were distributed by Mr. Sathish, Mr. Vel Murugan, Mr. Dhanraj, Mr. Ravi, Ms. Deepa, Ms. Chandrika, Mr. Umapathy & Mr. Manish. We are very grateful for the ardent support shown by team.
