- 80G: To be completed by June 30th, 2016 as assured by Velayutham.
- FCRA: There are 2 ways of taking it forward - one is to adapt an NGO who is already having FCRA registration, another is to adapt an NGO who is in the operation for atleast 3 years. Malathi to check for such institutions and get back on the same within a months time.

- Project Structure: Initial understanding of the project was well demonstrated by Srinivasan.
- Development Space: Kumaran, Srinivasan & Malathi to suggest place for the same.
- Resource Allocation: Kumaran, Srinivasan & Sriram to work on various options as discussed.
- PAN: It was agreed that PAN Input field to be made mandatory in all registration forms as a precautionary measure to have a check on fraudelence to certain extent
- Donation limit & validation mechanism: To be suggested by Srinivasan

- Payment Gateway Integration: PayPal, Payumoney & Payoneer to be integrated in next couple of days to accept donations online.
- Regular updates: To be completed by next weekend.
- SEO/SMO: Manish to provide an Interaction session to Arul on the same.
Apart from that it was agreed that Deepam
Global’s meeting will be held once in a fortnight, Saturday from 8:00AM-9:00AM,
venue can be discussed and decided as & when on whatsapp group.
